Greenmoss Medical Centre is a purpose built General Practice facility. All patient areas are on one level and accessible. There is a carpark at the front of the building with some disabled parking spaces. We are not able to offer parent and toddler reserved spaces due to the restrictions on capacity.
There is a hearing loop in the waiting area. On entering the building there is a self check-in screen which patients should use if they have an appointment. There is a reception desk staffed by trained receptionists. They may be busy in the office so please ring the bell if you are not attended to within a couple of minutes. There are toilets and baby changing facilities with the Practice.
There are plasma screens providing information for patients. The clinician will call you when they are ready to see you. We try to keep to appointment times but this can be difficult if some patients need longer so please try and be patient.
